Not significantly metabolised. Several references as well as clinical experience point to non-porphyrinogenicity.
Chemical description
(To be edited, initial data ST OCT 04) Broadspectrum penicillin. In larger parts excreted in urine as active compound within eight hours, the rest being excreted in stool. South African list: use Australian list: safe EPI-list: safe. French list: use. Thunell, patient inquiry: well tolerated (n=4) CAndersson: Tolerated by several patients.
