Chemical description
(To be edited, initial data ST OCT 04) Tabl; 200-1000 mg/d. Sulfamate substituted monosaccharide used for additional treatment in patients with partial or generalized epileptic attacks. Metabolized by CYP 3A. Nallani et al. Topiramate. An antiepileptic agent that activates pregane X receptror and induces cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme.
