Inhibitor of CYPs 17 (potent), C19 (aromatase), 2E1, 11B1 and 3A4. Probably insignificant systemic exposure.
Chemical description
Imidazole antimycotic for dermatological use (creme 1%). Inhibitor of several CYPs. Systemic absorbtion from the skin is very low; 0.6-0.8 %.
