Synthetic nucleoside , valine ester of aciclovir (NP). Two references consider it safe.
Chemical description
Antiviral (herpes, CMV) nucleoside (valine ester of aciclovir). Eliminated in urine as aciclovir and the metabolite carboxymethoxy guanine. South African list: use. French list: use.
