Rationale
Acetylsalicylic acid: Insignificant CYP 2C9 metabolism. Repeatedly experienced to be safe in acute porphyria. Several references consider it safe. Caffeine: Widely used as beverage, no observations of porphyrinogenic side effects.
Chemical description
