Rationale

Inducer of CYP3A5. Probably no significant systemic exposure. Several references stating non-porphyrinogenicity of glucocorticoids.

Chemical description

Antiinflammatory halogenated glucocorticoide for local (nasal spray) treatment of allergic and vasomotor rhinitis. Low probability for systemic effects.
