Probably insignificant systemic exposure. Several references stating non-porphyrinogenicity of glucocorticoids.
Chemical description
Glucocorticoide with strong antiinflammatory effect used in nasal spray in allergic and vasomotor rhinitis. The amount of budesonide in each dose is 50-100 µg. Systemic exposure 33%.

Used in porphyria ward (Sweden).
