Cyclic polypeptide. No CYP-interactions.

Chemical description

Synthetic cyclic heptapeptide which interferes with platalet binding of fibrinogen on von Willebrand-factor. Used together with ASA and heparin as infusion, 180 ug/kg BW, as prevention against early infarction in instable angina.
